Hi, I’m Zara, the creative behind Zara K Designs. I specialise in Prop Making and Set Design, turning everyday ideas into something a little more magical. I love creating pieces that tell a story, whether it’s a quirky detail for a photoshoot, a statement prop for an event, or a playful backdrop that brings a concept to life.
My work is all about imagination, experimentation, and finding clever ways to make things work. I use a mix of design skills, 3D printing, and hands-on craft to bring creative visions into the real world. No two projects are ever the same and that’s exactly how I like it.
Alongside my creative work, Zara K Designs (Fixing the Forgotten) is proud to be the first female-owned Product Design company in Teesside. I’m passionate about tackling topics that others might shy away from, using design to spark conversation and make a difference, all while keeping creativity at the heart of everything I do.
