Joseph Casling is an Actor, Theatremaker and Clown from County Durham, represented By Vella Wozniak Talent Agency.

After beginning his training with a local rep theatre, he attended the Northern School of Art to study ‘ BA (Hons) Acting for Stage & Screen’ where he graduated with First Class Honours. Whilst studying he began working professionally with Theatre Ecole & National Youth Theatre.

In 2021 he became the recipient of the ARC Award and received Arts Council Funding and a residency to develop his Clowning Solo Show ‘Conked Out’ which is still in development. Joseph is currently completing his Master’s Degree at the Northern School of Art, studying ‘Directing and Theatre Making’
