Katie is an illustrator who specialises in narrative and publication.
Whilst she has experience within multiple areas of illustration, she has particular enjoyment for children’s books.
She has just finished illustrating her first book ‘Spook and The Shadow’, which was created alongside business partner Lucy Olivia.
Together Katie and Lucy run their own creative company ‘Imagination Tails’. As well as creating stories, Imagination Tails do workshops, exhibitions, murals and performances.
Katie has also recently completed an internship with Land of Iron, for which she illustrated a mural and created several activities for children.
Her digital work is inspired by her love of traditional textures and mediums, which works well with her use of brighter palettes which reflect her personality.
